Ok so I'm a little annoying, but all I can say is it must be genetic and comes from my dad. When he and Lisa went and saw Seven he said to Lisa 'doesn't that guy look just like Vinne Jones' (the guy who didn't speak in 'gone in 60') Which apparently ruined the film. Anyway you can be guaranteed that come Tuesday I will be silent and spellbound. God I am so excited, does that make me sad?? Harry Potter here we come!!

LISA - Hey. As some of you may not know, going to the cinema with Laura is akin to having your teeth pulled without anesthetic. Examples, I hear you cry. Well LOTR - Return of the King, she ruined the final love scene by telling me she could see Aragorn's beard had not been glued on properly, thus ruining the denouement. Van Helsing - with the brother chained to the steak she had to whisper in my ear - Man on a Stick - Yummy!! It took me nearly ten minutes to control the laughter.

Imagine then my trepidation about seeing Troy with her, a film based on her favourite book the Iliad and with enough beards and wigs to keep even her happy. I was not going to go and see it but Scott said it was okay so all three of us went. Of course we made mum sit between us for protection. I nearly died of shock when we got to the end and she had no comments on beards and wigs and only minor complaints about her beloved story - something about Cassandra missing altogether?

As for me I really suprised myself and enjoyed every minute, there were no weak Characters/actors which in this kind of piece is always a relief. Agamemnon was a bit cartoon evil but his comeuppance at the end made up for that. Honorable mention must go to Rose Byrne who played Brad Pitts love interest Briseis - I though she was good in this and I Capture the Castle and there is no hint of her heavy Australian accent here - Bravo. Finally a film with Brad Pitt in that I actually liked (halleluiah) LISA

Lisa - Hey, having watched the news I wanted to include my congratulations to all those committed couples in the United States who can now get married - the fact that they are gay should make no never mind. If you are prepared to stand infront of your friends, family and him upstairs and pledge your love then go ahead. There sorry rant out of the way.

Thanks to a friend of my mothers,I have now seen the history documentary I was in, it was on the Discovery Channel a series called Hidden on the subject of the Second World War. I do not think I will ever be able to watch documentaries in the same way ever again, I actually sounded like I knew what I was talking about, when talking about a subject I had only looked up the night before bloody scary, I sounded like I could have sold ice to Eskimos, very convincing WEIRD!! Well I've had a very busy week. I started three new jobs and have two more in the pipeline. Firstly on Monday (bank holiday!) I went to East Finchley (north London, arse end of no where) and stood in the rain for seven hour with some not so cute football players. This is for a show called Fantasy Football. It is on around every big series (Euro 2004) and is hosted by two comedians who when you meet then in person are not funny. They are winy little boys being paid too much money!! After this I drove to ITV studios (near Waterloo) and helped with a new pop quiz hosted by my favorite man Vernon Kay (in contrast too the other two he is a real sweetie).

On Tuesday I started a new job with a law firm, it's like a proper job, they gave me training and everything. I am a web assistant, which was news to me when I turned up as I hadn't really been told what the job entailed.

Anyhoo I'm actually getting paid for all three and have more paid work coming up. I may actually get my credit card (from Christmas) paid off before the end of June.

LISA - Hey as you may or may not know I am a huge theatre fan. Last week mum and I went to see Suddenly Last Summer a Tennessee Williams play with Diana Rigg playing the grotesque mother it was fantastic. Last night Laura, mum and I went to see 84 Charing Cross Road a play written by one of my favourite authors Helene Hanff which tells the story of a 20year correspondence between a New York women with antiquarian taste in books and a book shop in charing cross. I have only ever read the book and was skeptical about how it might transfer to the page. It was one of those nights where for the first ten minutes everyone holds their breath not sure it is going to work and then relax and are completely entranced. I have to say by the end of the second half there was lots of sniffing and wiping of eyes for it has a sad ending. Loved every minute of it!! LISA
