This season seems to be the one for amazing parties! I have just come back from a hen weekend in the country. We started on Friday night, drinking from five and we continued until about two. However Saturday night was the real party, where we started at six and I ended up in bed by about four thirty. I was the first up and the last to bed in our cottage, which most of you know is a major achievement. The alcohol flowed and so did the merriment. The stripper was a little on the flabby side, but was very funny. A great time was had by all, especially the bride (Claire) who fell asleep on the sofa both nights and had only just appeared at mid-day, when we were leaving.
